Can we Guarantee Delivery Dates & Time?
There are a few reasons why UPS might experience delivery delays; Storms, hurricanes, wild fires, to name a few. Due to the fact that there are forces of nature out there that we cannot control, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out of our hands. We can guarantee that your order will ship out on time from our facility in accordance with our shipping schedule posted here.
How can I track my order?
Your will receive an email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number. If you are having trouble with tracking your order, please feel free to give us a call and we will help you contact UPS.
SHIPPING TIPS
Please remember to double check your addresses before submitting your order. Mr Rays will not be held responsible for delays in orders or returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses that have been provided by the customer.
We love receiving gifts and surprises as much as anyone, let us know if you would like us to include a gift message (at no additional charge) so that the recipient knows where the delicious candy came from.
